If the return of your rental vehicle was more than 36 hours ago, you can download a copy of your invoice using the search function below on this page.

Before you begin, please make sure you have your reservation or rental agreement number handy.

Search by rental agreement number

The rental agreement number can be found at the top of the document that was given to you at the rental station where you picked up your vehicle.

Search by reservation number

You can find your reservation/booking number at the top of the booking confirmation email, e.g. 12345678CH1.
Can't find your invoice? If you are unable to download your invoice, please try using different search criteria. If these searches also fail to produce any results, please fill out this form.

Understanding your invoice

The front of your invoice provides an overview of the main items. On the back, you will find a detailed list of all items, including VAT.

Further information on invoice search

Invoices are only available online 24 hours after the end of the rental period.
If your invoice has been changed more than once, you can only view the latest version.
The surname you enter in the search engine must match exactly the name on the rental agreement or in the reservation.
When searching with the rental agreement or reservation number, you will be shown exactly this invoice.
