Microsite

Booking via microsite is quick and easy:

We create a link that enables you to make online bookings in real-time, using your rate code(s).
You receive an e-mail booking confirmation and a voucher to be printed and handed out to your customer.

The microsite cannot be placed on your website and is only designed for internal use (bookings) by the tour operator. In order to apply for a microsite, please send an e-mail to d.litwinski@avis.pl containing the following information:

Subject: tour operator microsite application
Tour operator name, address, phone and fax number
Agency number (IATA, TIDS or AAN)
Contact person (phone and e-mail)
AV number (Avis account number)
Default country settings, if applicable

GDS

Avis net rates can be booked via all the current GDS (SABRE, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan). We provide you with the necessary system vouchers.

Call center

You can book by phone via our international reservations office from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm on +48 22 572 65 65. Please indicate your agency number and your rate code(s). For these bookings, you need to issue the voucher manually, using the blank vouchers provided by Avis.

Please find below the instructions for issuing manual vouchers:

1) The rate code (2 digits) can be found on the rate sheets.
2) Attention: Please consider the pick-up and return time! One rental day includes 24 hours from the time of pick-up.
3) You will receive the reservation number at the time of booking.
4) Please enter “net rate” in this field.
5) Please do not forget your company stamp (validator) and signature
6) Your agency number is already pre-printed.
7) Your address and AV number are already pre-printed.
8) The voucher number is already pre-printed.

Manual vouchers contain three copies. After having issued the voucher, the first copy is for the rental station, the second copy remains with the issuing tour operator and the third copy is for the customer. This means you hand out to your customer the voucher booklet with copies no. 1 and 3.

Bookings for van rentals can only be made via our international reservations office. Please note that these special rates may only be used for your own rentals and that you will be asked to provide proof of your employment in the travel industry at car pick-up. Furthermore, you will need your driving license and a credit card.
