A booking agency is the simplest form of cooperation between Avis and a travel agency.
As a booking agency, you make the booking and the customer always pays directly at the respective rental station, using his/her personal credit card. After termination of the rental, your commission is calculated and credited to your internal Avis account. You receive a monthly statement with all your commissions.
In order to guarantee the punctual payment of commissions, your travel agency needs an Avis agency number. If you already have an IATA or TIDS number, this number is used for that purpose. If you are a non-IATA agency, we will create an Avis agency number for you.
You can use all current booking channels to make your bookings:
- GDS such as Amadeus, Vista Cars, etc.
